Agile

According to several of the authors of the Agile Manifesto, the word agile refers to adaptability and how quick a team or an organization is able to respond to changes.

As a consequence, this means that the “Manifesto for Agile Software Development” might as well have been called the “Manifesto for adaptable software development”, meaning that the focus of the authors was to place adaptabilty first.

With that in mind, I recommend you take another look at both the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto (and remember to take it litteraly).

The Agile Manifesto can be found here: www.agilemanifesto.org
