Prepare the organization
As part of preparing the organization for change, we need to establish both safety and a common purpose.
I will facilitate that process and help you understand where they are going and how it will affect you. I will also start addressing some of the issues identified as part of the initial evaluation.
Duration: 1-3 weeks
After having ensured both purpose and safety it is time to start the actual change implementation.
I will take you through an intence acceleration process, where the department will be transformed to an agile organization. Once the change acceleration is completed, you should be able to
